Was Oxford Instruments has launched a new spectrometer for the analysis of metallic materials. The Foundry Master Pro.
The new system includes the latest spark technology and a state of the art detection system. The spark system and the control electronics allow excitation of a large range of matrixes, reduces spectral interferences and also allows very low detection limits with an excellent analytical stability. High performance has been achieved for teh detection of N in steel and P in Al. Ultra low C is also a new release.

• Standard Service 2000 delivered the first modern servo-actuator at the Construction University of Timisoara and the Constructions University of Bucharest. The new system will help the test procedures and research works for safety in construction and bulding material testing. Equipments are produced by the company Walter Bai AG Switzerland which is specialized in the production of equipment for physical-mechanical testing.
• Standard Service in 2000 delivered the first modern impact tester Charpy, instrumented and equipped with data acquisition system ISEDA. The system has been delivered at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Materials Science and Engineering Department.
• Standard Service 2000 delivered the first modern system Kelvin Probe for surfaces analysis at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.
• Standard Service in 2000 has dominated the market for metallography equipment in 2008. The collaboration with Metkon Instruments for the range of polishing, grinding, mounting and cutting machines pushed Standard Service 2000 to a leading position in metallographycal equipment sales for the romanian territory.
• Standard Service 2000 dominated for the third consecutive year the market of mechanical tests in dynamic system, thanks to a successful collaboration with Swiss producer Walter Bai Ag.
• Standard Service 2000 became the official representative for Konica Minolta - Measuring Systems, equipment for measure light and color. During 2009 we will have the pleasure to invite our customers for an official presentation of Konica Minolta - Measuring Systems in Romania.
• Standard Service 2000 became the official representative CSM Instruments Switzerland.
